It would behoove Linden Lab to go and hire one of the Logitech software engineers responsible for making this possible.
Oh, did we mention it's a $100 webcam that comes with the software? Imagine image mapping from a $100 webcam directly to your avatar to do real facial expressions. That's right out of Snow Crash.
Due to Linden Lab's meticulous hiring policy and overload of work, I predict 2 MMOs will implement this before Second Life.

LL needs to do it, and do it now. This, full choice on avatar names and decent gesture animations are the big 3 that will fully enable business in SL.
