Did you know that if you type "track ________" in twitter, (no quotes) where the blank is a keyword/phrase, you will get Twitter updates with anything of that subject.
I didn't either.
I stumbled into it while twittering about Mike Doughty's newest album, Golden Delicious, which rocks. I mean, really rocks. I was commenting about individual tracks, and hence, I bumped into an odd confirmation message about how I was about to receive updates about a subject. (comments I made on track 4 of the album, not that would be at all useful, but, hey.)
untrack _________ will remove it from your tracking.
It's the coolest easter egg feature I've seen in a long time, and it promises to be awesome all around. What if you just wanted to listen to a subject for a certain time, like peoples' thoughts on Obama? Or the MacBook Air? And then untrack when you don't want to hear about it.
Do it. You know you want to love the tech.

Easily the most useful blog post I've read all week. I want to start using this right away, but... there are too many cool things to track!
See plenty of reaction to the feature here: http://blog.twitter.com/2007/09/tracking-twitter.html
